About Us
Mid-Country Exchange, LLC was founded by Joseph Panebianco, with a focus on the emerging global market for used construction equipment. Since his youth, Joe has been interested in equipment and business transactions. After graduating from Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics and Management with an interest in International Business, Joe has worked with a national auction company and expanded his knowledge of construction equipment and international business from this experience and his intuitive, hands-on approach.
